_EVokingChange has partnered with Hat Not Hate to inspire young students across the world. Creating knit hats within a variety of schools, as well as Villari Studios of Self Defense Centers , _EVokingChange has donated hundreds of hats to students in need.

“What is Hat not Hate?”

Hat Not Hate is an organization founded by Shira Blumental, who was bullied in elementary school. Profoundly impacted by this experience, Shira has dedicated her life to this initiative. In conjunction with Lyon Brand Yarn Company, she created Hat Not Hate - a campaign which spreads anti-bullying awareness by unraveling the “e” in the word “hate,” turning it into “hat”. By knitting a blue hat, you become a “blue solider” - spreading love and untangling the strands of hate that exist in our society. Her army of blue soldiers, known as the Kindness Army, stomps out bullying across the world.
